We've had that star since the first year we were married. I still love it :)

We finally decorated our tree tonight! We all got in our pj's had a ball! Lil C wasn't too much help this year, but it was so fun to see her in her Christmas pajama's looking at all the lights! I'm so glad she's not crawling yet or that tree would be a goner for sure!!

I can't believe it's December 1st and we took Charlotte to see Santa! I remember clear as day two Christmas' ago being so sad, thinking that we would never have our own children and then last Christmas the joy of having Charlotte in my belly and dreaming about this first Christmas with our sweet girl. So much as happened and our lives have changed so much. I will cherish all of these memories for the rest of my life.

We loaded up the kid, the car and some Thanksgiving goodies and headed up to Bakersfield to spend Thanksgiving with my Dad and his side of the family. It was great (as always!). Charlotte got to meet her cousin Blair for the first time and they were instant besties!

The girls (minus Charlotte) got up at 5am to hit the shops and were home by 11am so the boys could hit the gold course!! While they were golfing my Aunt Marlene and I took the kids to play a little tennis and then we played a little Apples to Apples.

It was a really wonderful Thanksgiving. I only get to visit with this side of my family once a year and I treasure our time together so much :)
