We've had such a crazy last few weeks! Lot's of visiting with friends and family! Yeah for Rich and Kasey bringing the fam down to Lakewood! It was so good to catch up, even if it was just for a little bit!
So, Little Charlotte starting smiling late in her 5th week of life :) But only once a day, mostly when I got her up from her afternoon nap! Her smiles got bigger and more frequent in her 6th week...but Daddy Kev has yet to see one! He's seen a couple grins but none of the big gummy smiles yet! Today's the first day of her 7th week and I saw her smiling at her monkey in the bouncer...so I'm thinking she's be smiling at Daddy tonight for sure! She's such a sweet and loving baby! I posted a pic of the tail end of a beautiful gummy smile :) They are so elusive and hard to catch on film!!
We're off to Arcadia tonight to visit with Grammy Robin for her birthday! Happy Birthday Grammy! Then in two more days Uncle Daniel will be in town fresh from China! Can't wait for shopping on 2nd Street and the infamous tri tip sandwiches! It's going to be a great week!
